Happy New Year everyone! It’s the start of a new year and a new decade!
The start of a new year is always inspiring to get yourself into new routines and better yourself. And for me, this year is a big year for my weight loss!

I know what you’re thinking…At the start of any new year, intentions of what you are going to do is much different to what you actually do! And I’m prepared for that. My husband and I have decided to make a routine so that after work, 4 times a week, we’ll go to the gym together. We’ve never done this before and we are really excited to be doing this as a couple
We also have a close friend who is joining the same gym and he will be coming with us too! It’s a really exciting time for us as we all have different reasons for going…I want to lose weight, my husband wants to build more strength and our friend wants to tone up!
2010 is the year I reach my ideal weight. I’m so determined and so positive about this, I know I’m going to hit my goal this year! Through 2009, I found out it’s best for me to eat little and often, and that’s what I’m going to stick to! With my new gym routine with my husband, I know I’ll be keeping up the exercise and he’ll be a great help in motivating me and keeping me from skipping sessions! Well, I’m about to leave the obese category for good! My BMI is 30.04, soon to finally be under 30 for the first time in so many years! As it’s the new year, here is my new goal…

Ideal Weight: 130lbs (58kg/9.2 stone)
Weight to lose: 37lbs (17kg/2,7 stone)
Exercise: At least 15 minutes exercise everyday, 30 minutes at least every other day.
Diet: 5-6 mini meals throughout the day.
